Abyssinian Cat Photo Jewelry Pendant Necklace

Scrimshaw is made by carving and engraving the bones and teeth of whales. No animal died in the making of these pendants. They are not real scrimshaw they just look a bit like it. The stones for this pendant are white, flat, oval dolomite gemstones. The Abyssinian Cat picture is a pencil sketch in black and white for the silver trim and sepia tone for the gold. Use the color button under the image at left to see examples. The stones are slightly translucent and sometimes have little twinkles that show through uncovered areas when tilted in the sunlight. Your pendant may have a somewhat stained glass appearance when you hold it up to the light.

The gemstone is a flat bead with a built-in bail at the top. You may choose between gold plate and silver plated metals on either a medium or large stone. You decide if you want cable chain or a rubber cord, the length and even the color. If you choose the rope it will be black unless you pick an alternate color provided. Your pendant is made just for you after you order with your specifications. This means you are getting a custom piece, so please use care when making your selections.

The stone sizes are as follows:

Large pendant gemstone measures 1 1/2" high by 1 1/8" wide (38mmX29mm).

Medium pendant gemstone measures 1 1/4" high by 1" wide(33mmX24mm).

Select chain size and type.
- 18" or 24" cable chain of plated steel (on right in picture)
- 18 " or 20" rope (synthetic rubber) with accent beads (left in picture).
