Finding snow leopard jewelry or gifts is almost as evasive as the snow leopard itself. This very unique handcrafted leopard jewelry features the picture of a snow leopard. The cabochon is an authentic mountain jade gemstone that shines up through the translucent image which has become part of the stone. Your pendant is highly customizable and is made just for you after you order. I suggest you consult your ruler to make sure you pick the right size for your leopard fan.

The pendant framed has a four prong, twisted rope design. Included are bail and necklace chain. Choose from three sizes:

Large pendant cabochon is 30mm x 40mm and pendant measures 1 1/2" wide by 2 1/4" high.
Medium pendant cabochon is 22mm X 30mm and pendant measures 1 1/8" wide by 1 1/2" high.
Small pendant cabochon is 25mmX 18mm and pendant measures 1" wide by 1 1/4" high. This size comes with a more delicate chain that has smaller links. (See picture on right of image)

- 18" or 24" cable chain (picture on left)
- 24" ball (bead) chain (middle of picture).

Snow Leopard Facts

• The Snow Leopards call the mountains of the Himalayas home, at high altitudes (5900-18000 feet). They prefer mountain regions in the winter, moving to meadows and rocky areas during the summer months.

• Snow Leopards are extremely rare and considered endangered mostly because of the demand for their skins. Although trade in snow leopard furs is illegal, it continues. An estimated 3,000-10,000 are left in the wild, and about 370 are in captivity.

• Snow leopards have lived up to 15 years in captivity.
