Butterfly lovers gift - Butterfly Brooch / Pins

This swallowtail butterfly, like an artist's pallet of colors and black, spreads it’s wings across a cameostone with an opal, mother-of-pearl glaze. The butterfly picture was digitized to produce a semi-transparent image that allows the glaze from the stone to glow up through it, creating a metallic like sheen that changes colors in refracted light.

The cabochon is encircled in a row of black ball chain and iris topaz bugle beads, atop golden colored filigree pieces. Below dangles glass pearls in white, green, pink and blue, with fine Czech crystals in jet black, blue, pink and clear, completed with golden metal accents. Brooch top features two black antiqued metal leaves on either side of Bali bead flower with black Swarovski crystal center.
