Butterfly lovers gift - Butterfly Pendant Necklaces
Black & Pink Butterfly Pendant Necklace 01
Picture a digitized butterfly photo with wings spread covers an opal-ivory glazed cabochon, which glows up through the image creating a metallic like sheen. The white, pink and black butterfly wings look real and seem to change colors in refracted light much like you would see on a real butterfly in the sunlight.
Pendant setting is framed with a four prong, rope design and holds a round 38mm cabochon. Pendant measures 1 3/4" across. Included are bail and cable necklace chain with lobster claw fastener. Choose length of either 18" or 24". Metals in frame and chain are silver plated brass.
• Monarch butterflies journey from the Great Lakes to the Gulf of Mexico, a distance of about 2,000 miles, and return to the north again in the spring
• Lacewing butterflies are named due to the distinctive lacey edges of the wings. They also frequently have intricate markings on the underside of their wings, adding to the lace-like effect.
• Swallowtail butterflies have two "tails" near their rear, a feature that confuses bird predators as it looks like the hind end of the butterfly is the head end.
