The Victorian print on this piece of lavender quartz shows two lavender swallowtail butterflies and a yellow butterfly alight a bouquet of flowers and greenery. The print becomes part of the stone so that wearing this pendant is like wearing a piece of stained glass. It is a hand cut, gemstone focal piece and like all gemstones no two are ever the same. The stone and image are transparent with a hint of lavender and smoky swirled veins and flecks. An internal stem (partially visible) runs from bottom to top to allow mounting on Bali beads. The finished stone has an almost 3-D look.
You chose the metal trim plating color, silver or gold. You may also chose a rope necklace cord (shown at left) or a cable chain (mouse over image for chain) in your favorite size. Both have a lobster claw clasp. The focal stone is a flat oval approximately 1 1/8 inches wide by 1 1/2 inches tall and 5 mm thick.
