01 Golden Retriever Gemstone and Crystal Brooch

According to the American Kennel Club the Golden Retriever is number two on the “top ten” favorite dog list. Many Goldens are in service but all are beloved and honored with this pin. The picture cameostone is treated with a mother-of-pearl opal glaze that shines up through the translucent golden retriever image creating an almost holographic or metallic affect when the cream colored stone is tilted in the light.

The gold pearlized cabochon is encircled with two rows of brass ball chain and sits atop antique copper colored filigree. Dangling below are the finest Czech crystals in amber and ruby. Gem stones of garnet and a goldstone heart bead are complemented with white glass pearls and gold colored metal accents. Brooch top features a Bali bead with pearl center.
