08 Beagle Dog Heart Silver or Gold Earrings

The sweet faced picture of a beagle is transformed into matching transparent images (right and left) that are transferred onto cameostones. Stones are treated with an mother of pearl opal glaze that glows up through the semi-transparent photos, creating an almost holographic effect. Colors seem to turn metallic and the cream background appears much like opal when tilted in refracted light.

Choose from three styles, in silver or gold. (Shown) is silver framed button measures 3/4" wide X 1" high. Stone is 13mm x 20mm. Photo will be aprx. 1/2" around. Choose from surgical steel fishhooks (right) or (left) pierced post & nut, and comfort clip earrings backings. Stone on both styles is 13mm x 20mm.

Metals are silver plated brass. Also available is a gold version along with matching beagle pendants and brooches.

• A very energetic breed of dog, Beagles are social, curious, intelligent and brave. Beagles are scent hounds and have a tendency to ignore everything but the interesting scent when hunting. They are also likely to get into trouble as their hound dog instinct can take over in an instant should a Beagle catch a whiff of an exciting or interesting scent.

• Male Beagles will grow to an average height of 14 - 16 inches and average weight of 22 - 25 pounds; females, 13 - 15 inches and 20 - 23 pounds.

• On average, a Beagle will live 12 - 15 years.

• Most Beagles have three colors in their coat; red and white, orange and white or yellow and white with black or brown saddle. Coat is short to medium length that requires minimal care – regular brushing and bathing only when necessary.
