01 Golden Retriever Gold or Silver Rope Pendant

The golden retriever is two on the top ten favorite dog list. A genuine semi-transparent picture is placed over a mother-of-pearl opal glazed stone that glows up through it, creating an almost holographic effect. Colors seem to turn metallic and the pearlized background appears much like opal when tilted in refracted light.

Pendant framed has a four prong , twisted rope design and comes in two sizes. Large pendant cabochon is 30mm x 40mm and pendant measures 1 1/2" wide by 2 1/4" high.

Medium pendant cabochon is 22mm X 30mm and pendant measures 1 1/8" wide by 1 1/2" high.

Included are bail and necklace chain. Select chain size and type.
- 18" or 24" cable chain (shown on left) with lobster claw fastener
- 24" ball / bead chain (shown on right) with circle spring fastener

The coat of the Golden Retriever is one of the most characteristic features of this medium sized dog. The double coat has a thick weather-proof topcoat and a dense, soft undercoat which is shed during the summer. The length of the top coat varies from short to medium to long with patches of longer hair called feathers on the back of the legs, neck and chest. The coat of the Golden Retriever darkens every year for the first five years of life. The final color can range from blond to auburn.

This breed usually ranges in size from 45 to 90 pounds with males typically ten to fifteen pounds heavier than females. For Golden Retrievers which are spayed and/or neutered, there is very little difference between the personalities of the male and female , but like people, each dog will develop its own unique personality.
